- Torso Swings
- Torso Bends
- Knee Rotations

Exercise:
- Step-ups with weights
- Leg raises (like sit-ups)
- Lunges
- Push ups
Cool Down:
- Stretches for upper body and lower body
Unfortunately I do not have any photo evidence because my workout partner unexpectedly couldn't attend our session due to personal matters and I found it difficult to take photos while trying to balance while doing lunges.
